Guidelines & Terms

By booking a session with AKJPTutors, you acknowledge and agree to the following general guidelines.
Please refer to our full Terms and Conditions for detailed policies.

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
• Monthly program payments should be completed by the first Saturday of the starting month.
• Lessons may be conducted via Zoom or in person. Sessions may be moved to Zoom when necessary due to weather, scheduling, or other circumstances.
• In rare situations, your assigned instructor may change with prior notice.
• No refunds are provided for missed sessions without prior notice.
